Moscow again
Again a blog from Moscow Mc Donalds. It does have free Wifi, but it is really slow. I have just received all the Mongolian visas for our team. I had to travel to Moscow to hand in all the applications and passports for the Visa. Of course they won’t let you do that that easy: first I had to get the power of attorney from each student. That was ok for the Russian students, but there is one girl from Finland. Not that easyJ. First you need an official notarized translation of the passport. Then you can only do the document if an official translator with his Diploma is present. We managed to get all the right documents just a little bit before I actually flew out of Perm! Then I had some adventures finding the consulate in the Mega city of Moscow. It is NOT at the same place as the embassy! But it all worked out fine now. In a few hours I will be on the plane back to Perm. So on the 15th of December we are leaving Perm and travel to Mongolia, where we finish the lecture phase of our DTS (Discipleship Training School). And then form there we split into two teams and start our outreach. I love working with YWAM, never boring. I guess that is because God is so awesome. By the way: you can download the application form now for the very first DTS in Vladivostok now! Have a look at the updated page: www.ywamvladivostok.org.
