divine appointments
Moscow again. My body clock is showing a bit after midnight, but here its only 17:15 and I still have about 8 more hours until my plane for Perm leaves.
I have tried to write a blog after I got back form China (which was exactly a week ago), but as I mentioned before- Vladivostok is not a goon internet-city. There is a lot I could write about. After Mission bridge I went to a trip further north in the ‘primorskiy region’ and with just a few hours at home me and two friends (Masha and Masha) went to china. We stayed with some Russian missionaries there, one of them also called Masha). After a crazy week in the loud but lovely counrt we were at the very full bus station. Then this obviously not Chinese girl came up to me to ask where the bus to Russia leaves from. Turns out that her name was also Masha and she needed a place to stay over night after we get into Vladivostok. So we took her home for the night. (MY Masha and I rent an apartment in Vladivostok for the Summer, the other Masha often spent the night there and the new Masha just that one night – it was me and three Mashas). Anyway, looks like that third one has never met believers before and she was amazed but all the interesting and good news we shared with her. We got to our apartment close to midnight, and she went downstairs (where a local church is located) and bought a bible. Amazing, how God puts people in our ways, I am sure that connection was not an accident, but another divine appointment. I am just amazed when i look back at the past two months - God has organised all things wonderfully.
Next week I’ll be in Perm for the communication seminar. I hope I can use that time to update the YWAM Vladivostok website and learn some more stuff about websites!
